Order Cancellation

Cancellations requested before the UK ETA application processing has begun, will be eligible for a refund.
In case the UK ETA application processing has already started, the cancellation may be subject to a processing fee.
In case the UK ETA application has already processed and forwarded to the next level, the cancellation and refund will not be possible.

Refund Eligibility
