Applicant Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be a Malaysian citizen or a resident of Malaysia with a valid passport eligible for a UK ETA.

Pay the required ETA fee (£16 as of April 9, 2025, approximately RM 90).

Malaysians with British/Irish passports, valid UK visas, or UK immigration status (e.g., settled/pre-settled) do not need an ETA. Check eligibility on our website before applying.

Payment Terms

The UK ETA application fee is:

Amount: £16 (approximately RM 90) per applicant, including children, as of April 9, 2025.
Payment Methods: Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Timing: Payment is required at the time of application submission.
Currency: Fees are charged in GBP (£). RM estimates depend on exchange rates and may vary slightly.

All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. UK ETA MY does not store your payment details after processing. Ensure you have sufficient funds to avoid application delays.

Refund Policy

The UK ETA Malaysia fee is non-refunded, as set by the UK Home Office:

No Refunds for Rejections: If your ETA is denied (e.g., due to criminal history or incorrect details), the £16 fee is not returned.
No Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel your trip or do not travel, the fee remains non-refundable.
Application Errors: Apply UK ETA is not liable for fees lost due to user errors (e.g., wrong passport number). Our review process helps prevent such mistakes.
